Who's is the better boat?
I do not understand French and only Airtrack's website has an English version.
I (think) I see the Seagull has foot steering via rope and is partially held together by hose clamps.
Those two things do not give a 'warm fuzzy[in the good way] feeling".
Thanks,
Paul

edit..now I see Airtrack has a 'flyer evo.4' wich has a more open hull and a different hand steering set up than the flyer R4.
these are both still a Promo correct?

re the steering , from memory both have a set up with a rod going to the front wheel. the rope set up on the pedals allows you to adjust your body weight position whilst sailing and the steering is still fitted to the rod. both set ups that I have seen are fantastic.
on my own 5 Ive only got ropes as I cant quite get the rope /rod set up just right like they have

so...let's see if I got some stuff figured right...
cable/rope steering is not inferior to rod steering?
so...what advantage (other than price) exactly does cable/rope steering offer over rod steering.
I see Airtrack too has some boats with rope/cable steering.
Seagull has been around a lot longer than competitor(s) and is(was) the Gold standard.
...have the competitor(s) caught up, surpassed the Gold standard?
