Something to do with the state of the world........ tells me that this has to be the future, world wide, POWER to the cycle, the power's that be should be accepting that people will do what is necessary to maintain their ability to move with the least draw down on the earths resources. Last time I enquired in WA you couldnt sail a landyacht on a road, BUT if it had pedal drive to a wheel , it was a bicycle, so it just needed brakes , reflectors.
