Well the LITTLE Lad had a Load of F>U>N on Pegg's Beach today. At times it was Gusting up to 48/49kmh and for his 115-20kgs he managed a few Wheel Offs and some Slides plus he has also equaled my 48kmh (Little Shiite) I shot some nice footage as well as what he managed on-board with the Helmet Cam...
Now if you are polite I may well Edit and Post the results..

That is a great beach you have to sail on there Ron.

My gills are appropriately green.

Yeah! Cisco,
Pegg's is unusual beach in that the Damp line is quite close into the sand edge/hillocks and is a good hard surface. It would nicer if it were longer.
Against my better judgement I did have a short sail the other day but the pressure of the sheet on my arms and chest proved a little too much. I didn't damage anything but the Sternum got a bit sensitive,.

That was the idea of him going sailing ya noong. He wanted but got

Are you doing any kind of physiotherapy Ron. If not I think you should be as it helps in the reduction of scar tissue.

Check with the Doc though. Good to see you back on the beach though, even if it is only as camera man and brains (or lack of) trust.

Thanks Cisco.. Remind me to vote for you sometime.
No the Physios are namby pamby woos's and I wasn't prepared to listen to Nurses that wouldn't know Shiite from Clay. I is just doing my own thing, mined you I have to go down to launy tomorrow to check with my Surgeon, he may well give me a Bollocking for my troubles. I will let him know in no uncertain words that it was the Hospital System that tried to kill me by sending me home with 2 infections in the leg wound and had it gotten into my system that soon after the surgery I could well have had the proverbial Pork Sword.

It seems my recovery program is working well.. The drugs they had me on were restricting me in my breathing and energy levels.. Last week I was taken off 2 drugs and things are improving rapidly..
Yesterday I took the Razor out on the Runway (After5 of course) I was using the Fast sail and a new mast I have built up and in gusts there seemed to be some serious speed starting to happen.. Great Stuff! The foray out on the strip was also a trial for me as well.. That went better than expected.. Great Stuff!!
I reckon Sunday is going to be a great day for sailing on Pegg's according to the Wind Predictions. Keep everything crossed..
