OK! I know I'm seen as some sort of AH by some but here is something for everyone..
I have 4 Brand new FAG 6304. 2RSR Sealed bearings 52mm x 20mm x 10mm.
They will cost the new owner the price of postage if there is anyone out there that wants them. I changed my mind and used a different method..
Talk to me. First in best dressed

So everyone that is a maximum total of 4 if you only give one apiece. Maybe something for someone would better express the situation. Still a nice offer.

Enjoyed you spaghetti video, frightening to see that jam cleat. We are both old enough to know that there was good advise on why it is a hazard. A ratchet block forward makes more sense even for senior s. sailors.

Maybe you could explain why your mainsheet is run through a block that provides tension on a downhaul when there is load on mainsheet.

So! Mike, you seem to be getting the drift of my Jibes Aey! Lad, Grand.
Active Down Haul, some times the sail doesn't sit quite right so a bit of added tension seems to flatten it and take out the wrinkles.. Just think of 4 Skin divers. I am not the only one to use that method and the style of active down haul varies a bit. In reality that sail could probably use a few extra Battens. The flatter the better, at least according to my understanding. Landyacht may have a better explanation..

Your understanding of quantities is exemplary[}:)].

The Jam Cleat is only used on long runs and held in such a way that it can be instantly released. Not the most practical method but it stands me in good stead, however once I get back in the Saddle/Cockpit I hope to find the $$ to purchase a Ratchet Block. One thing I have found with CF Masts is they tend to give warning the machine is about to Cock its Led where by one has time to lear out over said leg and release the JC.

OK! So I've just spent a few bucks on some new Rims for Schrodinger's Cat, which leaves me with 3 Spare Rims.. They are only El Cheapo Rims and for someone they are a cheap option for a start. They story is as for the bearings.. These rims Cost me nothing to modify except for the bearings I fitted . If anyone is interested then Come Get them.

Thanks Stephen, I thought of them but they seem to spend more time fooling with those peddle powered beasts. I guess I could PM the FUBAR ans ask but I ain't about to go driving down there to hand them over.. There is only so far that FREE can go.. No?

Hi Ron
We could be interestred.
Dunno the sizes of the ones we have fitted to the Mad Project....will need to have a bit of a look.
I do know the ones we are running are not so good...deep groove or something. They really whine up when we get to speed.....25 kps....(That's really going for us!)
Will be heading to the North of the little island sometime soon...save on postage.
Would love to have a run on Pegs beach.
Cheers Nick

Yeah! TF, So would I but I don't know if I will be fit enough to sail but May Hap me little boy could run with you if the wind will play Ball with us.
They are Std Wheel Barrow Rims fitted with high speed bearings and would serve you well depending on tire Tread pattern you choose...
I will PM you my address. Let us know when you are coming through this way.
Sailing can be done on Somerset Beach as well but repetitively short runs, around a kilometer.
