the dry lake near beachport in the SE of SA looks like it could be a good spot for a bit of sailing before the winter rains make it boggy,, the lake is close to civilisation and is fairly large in area,, A few hours south of Adelaide and not as far as lake gilles in the north, but just as sailiableanyway there will be "an expidition soon to the lake to see how is rates[}:)]

a large portion of it is sailable, well more that half I'd say at a guess
