Hi BlueDogOz, I'm a previous Cloud Nine owner.

My boat was number 2 out of the original mold, built by Dream Weaver Catamarans, Hemmant, QLD for the 1984 boat show. I bought it in 1990 from the original owners Doug and Barb in Mooloolaba, and I lived on board and sailed it until 1997 from Lawrie's Marina, Kawana. It also was the first boat modified and fitted with the Bulbous bows. These were added during the 1st year of the original owners. It's name was C`est La Vie. They cruised it into New Guinea waters, Torres Straight, Darwin etc. I lived and cruised it continually for the 7 years I owned it, as far North to Princess Charlotte Bay, Stanley Islands, Lizard Island and outer reef areas back down to Mooloolaba, and South to Gold Coast Seaway and everywhere in between over the 7 years I owned it.
When allowed I'll post some photos of it and it's fit out, which I found quite acceptable for myself and then a partner and a baby who was almost 4 years old when I sold it. Great times and great sailing were had and it was a quick and safe boat at all times in some pretty serious seas at times. The photo of yours above, appears to be similar to mine externally, even to the yellow boot topping, however I'll have to check against my photos when I dig them out. Talk again soon.
