Morning all. Does anyone have a recommendation for a maker of cockpit seat cushions? Hopefully for me in the Sydney area. I was thinking some kind of vinyl unless theres a better material and foam and give the maker the dimensions. The last ones we had disappeared overboard on various strong wind days so a good way to fix them down is needed too. Suggestions welcome.

Once a year or more Aldi sell outdoor seat cushions. There's a long (about 1 1/2 m) and individual seat version. A nice blue water resistant canvas finish, long lasting and cheap as chips. Easy to store below and very comfortable, even in wet swimmers. We use them on ours and highly recommend them

We bought ours from Bunnings. They have a good range of sizes and colours.

Trek. If you need the cushions 'tailored' to size and shape, give Bruce a call at Pittwater Canvas Covers 0417 254 457.
He's in McCarrs Creek.

Just a suggestion, forget the custom cushions and get some "Comfy Seats". But don't buy cheap imitations if you go down this road. Cheap ones have crap covers, inferior foam and you get to feel the frame when you are sitting in them. But the ones in the link below a great. No more gunnel bum.

I got mine (on special) from the Sanctuary Cove Boat show, but I would imagine they would be available at the Sydney Boat show as well.

I can second this. We have two of the Regular Classic Comfort seats which are one of the best things we have on the boat. You can place them anywhere on the boat and be comfortable with back support. I even use them up on the rail.
