sorry to see that on a new motor ,i can not trace that leak as my computer screen does not show the photos well. definitely push the dealer for warranty as it should not leak at all .is it oil or green coolant near the pump .clean the engine down and try to isolate the leak and then take a picture . contact the suppliers and push them to resolve this for you.they can not get away with this in aus because of our laws .

The first thing I'd do if I was you would be to put the coolant hose on further and double up on the clips that holds it on, then tighten the clips up as tight as you can, as it is the pressure maybe spurting a little coolant from where it's joined.

looking at the engine pictures on line i think you are talking about oil coming out of the relief hole in the after cooler at the front of the engine ,oil misting out of that hole is normal ,it is what bypasses the turbo seal and the crankcase ventilation which is fed back to your air cleaner ,you should never have water there and this needs to be checked if so .oil is normal water is not ,if you have water, there is a leak in your cooler and this needs to be repaired quickly as that is salt water.the relief hole is there to remove liquid oil that will build up in your cooler as the air in and out hoses are on top of the cooler ,hope this helps .reply back if you need more help

Nip the bolts up around the top hose and as some one saud when its cold release the hose clamp and push the top hoes down and tighten the hose clamp but it looks like oil so after you have nipped up those bolts give it a little clean down maybe with a pressure pack dont over do it and run the motor I'm not familiar with that motor Cisco will be along soon he'd be just having a few sherbets right now down at the yacht club

if you could slide a rag behind that pulley on the left see if there is oil these perhaps that seal behind that pulley is leaking oil
Would the engine still have warranty
I'm not sure as Id need a drawing

It could be dripping down on to the V bely off the crank shaft pulley seal and flicking off the top pulley.
I wonder if there is any oil on the back of the V belt

Id clean it down and run the motor then watch it carefully first . Just to make sure

Thanks everybody for quick reply,it is leaking on the back side of intercooler( a small hol on the botom and because is complicated to see because it is on engine side i look by miror). Is that oil is from iberlauf(oil recovery sistem) or turbo is not working propertly.
Regards

most of the oil is from your crank case ventilation ,it take some time to build up and is a pollution requirement ,put some bilge oil soaks near the hole to catch the oil ,also make sure you are running this engine at its designed load ,not to much idling and light throttle work do not use it for charging battery,s with out being in gear and going some were.
it is absolutely normal for your engine to put a little oil out of that hole so do not worry .the designers of this engine had to do this to stop oil building up in the cooler, all engine do it some just allow it to build up in the cooler and is dealt with when it is serviced

Could this be a result of overfilling the sump ??.

possible as the higher oil level will get smashed buy the crank same as in rough sea,s, its worth a look ,but i think it is normal for this to happen.have a look at a old bmw if you want to see how bad it can get ,this is the same problem with late model diesel cars that fill manifold,s up with oil and recycled exhaust and need to be cleaned out every 100 thousand klm or so

Thank you so much for helping me and now I feel much smoother and safer because it made me very worried about having a dozen people every day with this engine and I was afraid something would happen
