I moved me boat to a private berth at Mooloolaba on Tuesday, it can be a bit shallow at low tide I'll go down tomorrow and check it at low water.

Just checked the tide on my Navionics and see it's out by 3 hours, is there a way to adjust the time and bring it into sync. with the local time?

Is your navionics on a chart plotter or iPad? I moored in Mooloolabar using navionics for years and did not had any issues. Is your device getting a time signal via gps or some other way?

You hit the nail on the head Crusoe.

I had the same problem with my plotter and was puzzled by it until I realised I did not have the correct time and date set up.
Once they were put to the correct time all was good.
If you live in a daylight saving zone you need to set it up with that in mind.

Thanks guys, I worked it out, the time zone on the tablet needs to to be set for your area zone time.

In "Settings" there is a list of world capitals, just choose the one for your area.

It's all good.
