I dont see any problems, There have been a few issues with people using Chrome but that should of been sorted.

The two new features I particularly like are
1. You can subscribe to a post and that will place said post up top of the list and
2. It only shows the most recent quote... No more quote upon quote upon quote (unless you choose to see it).

Actually SectorSteve, have you scrolled to the top of the page? One of the other features is that it remembers the last post you read and jumps straight to there...

Go over to the General section and there is a thread specifically for letting Laurie know of any issues

Theres a bit of a learning curve with any site changes . This site looks great but i cannot see from menu who posted first or last. This means you have to click onto post to see if there's any new posts.

Sectorsteve, when you say you can not see the original and last poster, are you referring to the main topic page? If so, on the top right hand corner you will see a button that says Compact or Detailed.. Press on that.

Sorry, but the logic of your buttons seems to be in reverse. For me a button indicates a required action, so if I want the detailed view I would expect to see a button labeled "Detail View". Seeing a button labelled Compact does not give me the idea that there is an option.

On another tweak, the news items need to be dated. Without that old new gets confused with the latest info.

I see your argument Yara. There was a link for some time at the top of the main page for some time where you could test and comment on the new layout before it went live. Jump over to the general page and let Laurie know if you feel it's an issue.

Yes it did, but so is this one (there were some known issues with some browsers but I thought they were largely sorted. I use IE and Safari).

The search function usually

Dont feel bad though McNaught. Posts good and bad will eventually run their course. But here it is anyway found on page 12 www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Sailing/General/Romance
