PropGold is now called PropOne and it now has application restrictions the same as PropSpeed ..... from the company site ...

PropOne was formally known as PropGold. It is the same product, just a different brand name

The test example of the Sikaflex proved useless. It has a grippy finish and just rubbed off as a thin coat. The surface needs to be real slippery, something like the graphite paint used on racing dinghies years ago. I guess that's not good for the enviriment!

Hi loose change, It was me who put the cfp + hardener on my prop 12 months ago .The history of it was I left it for 7 months before I had a look at it and it was heavily fouled. I scraped it off with a paint scraper as the barnacles were attached pretty solid. I left it again until now, the twelve months is up and she is still pulling 1800 1900 revs comfortably, So it is starting to foul up again , I hope to have a look in the next few days will keep you updated. catch you later jm.

I wonder how dry lube would go

I have discovered that surfboard wax definitely DOESN'T work, for what it is worth.
Oh how I love getting out and under, to clean the prop.

Ahah! Finally got to dive on my prop last week (the one coated with cfp, ) It was badly coated with barnacles after 7 months,I dont know if it would last longer if I dived every 5-6 weeks and cleaned it but that was not the idea of the exercise. I dont think I will use this system again. Maybe ill do a test piece that is slightly illegal, and see how that goes. catch you later .

it is possible to mix in chilli powder into Cabots CFP ? Then you might have a chance
