Could try Camden Haven Steel fabricators, think they send stuff to galvanizers every couple of weeks. Don't know what my anchor chain is, as it doesn't look like its hot-dipped galvanised, yet it isn't really rusty??
This is probably not going to help you NSW, but I have heard in my travels that the galvanizers in Bundaberg are supposed to be the cheapest around for regalvanizing chain and a lot of cruising boats have their chains redone while they are there. I think they even pick up and deliver to your boat. Some of the local boys may be able to confirm this. A good thing to keep in mind when you are returning from the reef and you want to refresh your chain.
Not sure where to get it regalvanised, but I have read a good poor man's sandblasting technique to prep it clean, is to take it for a tow along a beach from a 4wd.
I got mine done in Brisbane a couple of years ago. 90m 10mm chain, 25 and 15kg anchors and a couple of short chain lengths was nearly $1000. Saves lots of rust stains on the foredeck. I now swich chain end for end every anti foul to even out wear.
