Get a few itemized quotes from rigging companies and I imagine that should be a ball park number to go with from there.

Will depend alot if the boat is single or double spreader and what size wire. A 30 footer could have 3/16th or 1/4 inch wire and from memory (been nearly 12 months since I worked as a rigger) it is about $1 per mm of thickness per meter, eg, 1/4 inch is about $6 a meter.
Now the ends will vary if you need to replace all the turnbuckles or just the threades swages and whatever is at the top. If it just the threaded swage one end eyes the other then each end for 1/4 inch will cost you about $20. A whole new turnbuckle would between $30 and $60. I would recommend asking for Swageturn fittings and open body turnbuckles as they are cheaper than Ronstan and IMHO better quality.
Hope that helps!!

I just got Hama (dieform) caps, lowers and forestay for a 28 footer from Tony Dillon Yachting Services in Sydney. Great to deal with and highly recommended by guys in the industry.
I think it was $1080 with turnbuckles. The 1 x 19(?) option was only about $100 less but the Hama has low stretch and is working really well.
Another rigger (NOT Tony, Whalespars or Sydney Rigging Services who were all great) screwed me around by not doing anything for about 3 months, so I had to install the new rigging with the stick in. It's not too hard if you are used to being up the rig and it will save around $600, but you need a very calm piece of water.

I replaced all the standing rigging on my Swanson 32 last October and it came in at just under $4000. This could have Been done cheaper if a looming deadline did not prevent me from doing the bulk of the job myself.
