That sort of thing happens when you try to launch a keel boat off a surf beach but it looks like he is getting there.

Sounds like the silly buggers were lucky to get out of it alive. 65 knots and heading out of anywhere, let alone the Gold Coast Seaway??? Naah. Another beer fellas??

On sad note the page on Sailing Anarchy also contained news of the passing of the prolific and very intelligent designer Phil Bolger. Certainly a person who left the world better than he found it. Cheers Cisco

The thing some sailors put there boats thru was that for a boat test article for a magazine??
