Very nice boat! Very very similar design to my new boat just a little less radical. Its a foot shorter than mine and 2 ton heavier but the fit-out below is beautiful.
About the only thing I don't like about this boat is the teak decks, lots of extra weight, lots of work and way too hot anywhere in the tropics. Electric winches are maybe overkill as the loads are not that high and with only 2 house batteries a bit marginal.

once you fill up all your new storage lockers in the 1/4 berths you will weigh in about the same !

It is a big sister of my 28 Adams which was designed by Joe and Graham Radford in his early days in their partnership.
Interior is very similar exterior is likewise but the skeg-transom hung rudder.
The 28 is fast and has no vices, l expect the 35 to be the same particularly after crewing on his yacht years ago, which is similar to this one, Radford 12, but differently rigged with a cat rig.
I am sure, it is a brilliant cruiser.

Yeah, there are some discrepancies about Radford designs as he mostly designs his boats as alluminiun or steel built.
Like the 28, which was originally designed as a steel boat with shoal draught keel and dagger board but was built as a fin keel boat with skeg-transom hung rudder and built using GRP, the original design got tweaked a bit.
It is my educated guess, l might be wrong as l could not be bothered to research the subject, that the 35 was designed as an alum or steel boat but buit of GRP like mine.
