I'm going through the quote process at the moment & Topsail has come up with the best price. Has anyone had experience claiming with this company, good or bad? Or know someone who has?

Comprehensive boat insurance (whole boat).
Excess is comparable to other quotes.
Just wondering what their reputation is like for pay out should something go wrong?
I choose Amie because:
they did not require a survey
They were good to deal with
Their excess was $50
They insured the whole boat
There price was fine and you could pay by the month
They are a major insurer in Australia and have a reputation to uphold
