Maybe an email to Bob Norson, the editor of The Coastal Passage may be of assistance. he has an intense dislike of MSQ so spends a lot of time researching MSQ regs for the benefit of boaties. Sometimes though he does get a bit too passionate about his subject.

yeah i agree, the thing that i don't agree with is why not allow people to fish(or crabbing) from tender or explore "sightseeing"?

The govt never stops coming up with ways to get money from us. I guess they need to pay the airfares of their family members on overseas holidays .... and helicopter flights

We should be eternally gratefull for the wonderful things our extremely hard working members do for us. Overseas family holidays, helicopter rides where a taxi or limo could do the same job at a fraction of the price, living high on the hog, generous superanuation without the limits placed on us mere mortals, these are the sacrifices our elected members MUST pay for serving us.

Honestly, every day when I first wake up the first thought that comes into my head is the wish for even more tax increases. It makes me feel so secure knowing I am going to be so much better off with each new increase.

Could be...when I was about 16 I built a 8ft hydroplane....with a 9 hp motor it was capable of 25-30 knts+. No good as a tender it was 1/2 submerged at rest, but it was registered. You could claim it was a tender of a larger boat.
