I wish.... If someone invents an anitfoul that can be applied in water they will become billionaires.

I guess if whereyou wanted to paint was high enough you could heel her over by a halyard to a dock and put some paint on and let it back down when dry

With my mates Elliott with the keel up you can pull her over and hold her there without to much drama

Most anti-foul needs 8 hours in dry air to cure before going back in

You CAN but the paint manufacturer would not recommend it.
