The problem is not just the A frame, but the pivot point. The mast base of the Top Hat is not designed to allow the mast to pivot. I have done it on a Bluebird using the spinnaker pole with multiple braces, and lashing the mast base to allow it to pivot. It was hairy on the mooring, and for a Top Hat I wouldnt do it.

See if you can get your local mooring contractor with a crane on their barge, to lift it off for you. If you have done all the preparation it will be quick and a lot safer. And maybe not that expensive.

Im not pivoting the mast with boom yara. Im lifting it out using A frame. Good idea about getting mooring contractor and i did ask him but he doesnt have a crane on his barge. Besides i wanna learn how to do this myself. Tomorrow im setting the frame up and if all goes well ill drop the mast tomorrow afterrnoon- not literally i hope!

There are plenty of examples for 25' yachts.

I have 2 spreaders so im not sure this applies as my top spreader is probably 2.5 metres from mast head.
Ive been watchin the videos alot. I think i understand it enough now to to it. Im going to be using bamboo.

Use a lifting strop (round/endless) hitched around you bottom spreaders and then run up along the mast and hitched again at where you want your pivot point.

These are available in 1 ton (purple) and 1m through to 6m in 1m increments.

Oh and they aren't expensive either!!
