I was wondering if any one knows of these?( actually a tiller pilot 1500) i think its a simrad . ceased to function shortly after i bought the yacht and connected it up. is it worth trying to fix? i have looked at the tp 10 as a replacement, has any one got one in use ? any suggestions would be helpfull

I have had a SIMRAD TP32 for about 4 years. Works very well, holds heading very accurately and steers to a waypoint. I have recalibrated it once.
It has plenty of steering power.
I imagine the TP10 is just a smaller version and should be just as reliable.
