hi, is it possible to replace standing rigging whilst mast is in place,,one shroud at a time?

Yes, but you will be up and down the mast many many times.

You could drop the mast, doesn't weigh much.

Look on YouTube, there are plenty of videos on how to do it.

Don't forget to use a Loos gauge to set the rigging tension.

As NSWSAILOR says, drop the mast.
With the mast down you can do any other work that will pop up.
If you are doing the rer-igging yourself, I would suggest swagged fittings at the top and Norsman fittings at the bottom.
A little more expensive but fail safe.

This photo is self explanatory. With a deck stepped mast it is fairly quick and easy to do singlehanded. Just ensure the strop goes under the spreader.
