Kia Ora team

Interested to hear what other people are riding or looking at buying for their FD Gen2 quiver. It's recommended boards with zero/ or next to no rocker to allow the battery box and nose cone to sit flat on bottom of the board. The Gen2 does come with a wedge pad if there is a slight gap i believe.
I'm looking at the JC Sunova x Carver 5'10/ 6'2 and like the DC boards but both these are not available in NZ so would need to be order in.
Checked my 7'7 Armstrong DW and that will work but wanting something shorter but still narrow .
Thanks
B

What kind of width are you wanting? Could go something like the Egg www.oneoceansportsaustralia.com/shop/the-egg which I think would be perfect for something like the FD
Still gotta come from Aus but not that hard to send over to NZ if nothing pops up more local.

I've ordered the Amos Sultan prone, 5'x18", 55 litres, but there's a long queue.

Hey Supmaori,

There are options in NZ. Try Biggie Smithers (Sirocco) or James from Carbon ART. Both with decades of experience building custom sandwich boards.
Worth a phone call to each to sound them out.
