Was thinking is body movement could also be applied to getting up on the foil when winging as well. Also for pump and link on a prone/Sup- driving forward with the rotating back heel, knee forward, front foot slide.

just did a weird boogie in the lounge room with condescending stares from my family

It is all technique I am told. But at 105kg and 58 I keep making excuses.

Great tip though, He makes it look way easier than those early videos of super fit young guys paddle thrashing forever and then finally getting up.Makes me think it's even possible now ?

That's a fantastic video. It is clearly not all about being able to paddle hard. He seems to pop up almost without paddling.
