Here is a weight comparison and the huge weight savings of the V2 regular solid Carbon masts and the V2 Light version which has foam inside.
Most riders prefer the V2 light as it seems to feel more responsive and definitely easier to carry and looks really cool...
I prefer the solid carbon in the longer masts of 100 and 110 cm when I am wing racing or really trying to go fast but usually I only ride the V2 Light now. V2 L really makes my Foil Drive mast lighter too!

Updated the weight savings as I screwed up the savings on the 70 cm mast on the original post!
It is quite a bit more savings than the 3/4 pound I had posted and actually you will save almost another 1/2 a pound. to 1.2 pounds of weight..!
