Just checking if there is any feedback on using the Slingshot 76 Infinity for SUP foiling? too big, too small?

A few of the guys I tow with started on them and went well.

There is a B setting you can use if you have the switch fuse which places the mast further back on the fuse and will give you heaps more lift on the sup if needed.The 76 is the best allround foil it's has a great range.

Size is around 1550 sq cm.
Bigger foils, like 2450, foil up much sooner and capable in 2-3' surf.
Smaller foils, like 600, will need 8' waves to get enough boardspeed to lift rider and board up.

The issue with the 76 has since been rectified. SS had a couple bad production runs that made the wing split under hard impacts. I was one of the folk who had a waranteed wing, but if you have one go for it it's a fun wing.

A great combo. That's exactly what i learnt on.

A for prone or kiting, A or B for SUP , C for windfoiling.

My understanding is slingshot came out with the switch fuse to accommodate multiple disciplines and the foot placement requirements.
My board didn't have the track box location for A position to work. I found that b position (mast closer to front wing) gave more performance or looseness, and c (mast further from front wing) dampened it a bit making it easier when learning as the foil is not as reactive, but need the track box travel (plate further back on board) to sup foil in c position.
