G'day.

Ive surfed and paddled kayaks all my life but have never paddleboarded. My wife is now keen to get into it so I'm looking for a board which we can both use. She is 5'8" around 70kg and I'm 6'3" around 100kg.

Wondering what length board would be best suited to some flatwater and small surf use, which is going to be stable enough for her and still able to float me comfortably?

I'm only looking at a basic package, somewhere in the low $1000 range. Any advice on lengths and brands/models would be great
