Hi guys, not on here very often. Trying to decide between these two boards and wondering about thoughts on these two boards. I'm 6'3, 110 kgs. Been surfing short boards and long boards for 42 years. Riding a SUP for 2 years. First was a 12'1 Laird, now surfing a JP Fusion 10'8 and looking to step down in size. Look forward to your opinions.

I agree.... the 9'1 Allwave would be a a good bet at your size and experience. If you really want stability and ease, then you may prefer the 9'5, but you may want to reduce again, once you find how easy it becomes.

Thanks, guys. Hadn't even considered the 8'11. I'll see about getting a demo on these two. I certainly don't want to fork out the money and the. Find that I'm looking for something even smaller again in 3 to 6 months.

I've Just gone for the 8'11 allwave and have nowhere near as much board experience as you do mate. Kitesurfed 10 years, surfed on and off 6 years and SUP'd 1 year. I'm probably 5'11 and weigh 90kg and find the 8'11 the perfect amount of volume. Probably another season or 2 and will be heading towards the slightly smaller prowaves.

Will give alot more feedback after a few more sessions in some waves. Love the summer seabreeze but hate the lack of swell!!!!!
