Hello, I keen to buy a SUP for general ocean and still water paddling, and maybe down the track small waves. Although, I have never surfed before. I am considering buying a SUPLOVE 10"6 escape or the 11"2 adventurer. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these boards. I am 6"2 and weigh 95kg. Thanks in advance.
I've owned a suplove 8'10" & 10', good strong boards and the 10' was a good flat water paddler as well as good fun in small waves, at your weight I'd go the 11'2".
3 of us in Tassie have owned suplove boards and I dont believe theres ever been any problems with any of them. They've been around a few years now in Oz and are very popular in the States with recreational paddlers. They are tough, well made, good performing and good looking boards - if they fit your budget and you like the look of them then go for it. I personally havent ridden the 10.6 - but the 8.10/10 & 11. are all good boards IMO.

Friendly personable guys who are really professional, the boards are some of the best on the market and the prices are good too. I am a bit biased because I only buy their stuff now but deffinatly worth a look :).
I am a little confused. Why do they send you boards when you are the supplier for them?????????
My first board was a Suplove Adventurer and it is a great board. Stuart is great to deal with and even drive up to Newcastle for the day so that I could have a demo. Very stable board that you can do anything on yoga, push-ups, fitness paddling you name it. My wife paddles it also very easily and she had never done it before jumping on this board.
I am 6'3" and 125kgs and have just purchased a Suplove Adventurer 11'2". Test drove the Naish 10'10" and the Suplove on the flat water, provided by Dive Skate & Ski Newcastle. The Naish 10'10" was great and it was a hard decision between the two boards. I decided to go with the Suplove because it seemed to glide better and tracked quite well with a bloke my size on it. Its probably not as stable laterally as Naish, but I am pretty comfortable on it for a newby and reason that my balance will only improve with practice. My son and I are having a ball on the flat water, developing our padling skills before we venture into the surf (have never surfed). We have found that paddling into the wind and chop develops paddling and balance skills really quickly (because you have no choice). There are so many boards to choose from, my advice is to demo the board prior to purchase, good luck.
