Looking at the specs these 2 boards seem to be exactly the same (except for the womens themed paint job on the Alana).
my wife likes the Alana but I am also looking at the 10'10" board for myself.
Can anyone confirm these boards are identical, and if not what's the differences?

Yes they are identical. Just the paint that differs.
