OK...currently have a 9'1 creek and looking to progress my surfing. Love the creek its the go to all rounder, however I think I want something with a narrower tail, pin tail. Im 53 Y/O 95-98kegs dont get out too often this time of year but would say im OK in the surf!!!!

Looking at:
9'1 acid
9'0 flash
8'??? hipster twin
new placid

Would think dims of 30-31' wide 130+ lts is about where Im at maybe 125+ at a pinch

Anyone who has ridden these I would appreciate your thoughts/feedback.

What sort of wave are you surfing? My 9'1 creek was fun but had it's downfalls. Are you looking for a smaller board for big clean days or just something to mix it Up?

I have been riding a 10 foot smik twin and the thing is a weapon. Alot more fun than my creek was. I am looking at getting a 9 x 28 to replace my creek/flow.

I mostly surf point breaks so the longboard style board works great for me.

Mostly ride beach breaks where glide is important and not needing to be in the pocket all the time. Bought a 10' style and absolutley love this, get back on the tale and I feel its easier to rip turns than the creek. SO answer to your question Nugdam is a board for big cleaner days ...

I'm loving my 8'5" Degenerate. They do a model called the De-Vandal that might hit the right spot for you. Have a chat with Slatz at Surefire and he'll make you exactly what you need.
