Talk about a match made in heaven.. I threw down for a Mako 37 for my wife's JL Stiletto.. FKNA!

. The stock JL hatchet fin was ok for flat glass, but for anything messy and/or mixed up cross chop, it was poor. Its large surface area down deep gave unwanted feedback in quartering wind and waves, and when down winding (or even down breezing..) it caused unpredictable broaching.
Enter the Mako.. It is extremely fast, and displays no bad attitude in any conditions. Two thumbs up!
(Note: I paid full pop for this carbon work of art, and have nothing to gain by giving it glowing props.. )
