I recently took delivery of my new BIC/Jungle adjustable paddle. I had been using a loaner adjustable alloy one and there is a massive difference in the 2.
The newie is a carbon shaft with a cool bright orange blade. It is superlight compared to the alloy and it's adjustment mechanism works so smoothly. I am trying to service 4 different height people in my family hence the need for this kind of paddle. It still retains its stiffness too with no noticeable flex or movement coming from the inner to the outer shafts. Price wise it is very very good and it comes with a nice reflector bag for the blade.
If you have children who use your board as well as you then I highly reccomend this paddle as an alternative to buying a couple of fixed length ones or trying to make do with ones that are too long.

Just bought the Bic paddle as well.
Perfect for my wife and our 2 daughters to use with the easy adjustability.
We are still outright beginners but plenty of experience with kayak paddles and the Bic feels much lighter than the Alloy Bic adjustables.
A sensible price too.
