It's not that hard, you just have to know some vague key quotes of what you are looking for. Trust me, it's far easier than starting a new post on the seabreeze stand up paddle forum.

Ok, enough cynicism - I'm going to try help you out - you haven't provided much info. but here goes - with your mouse see if you can navigate it to the strange looking text below - it should change color to red when your mouse hovers over it. Now click it:

And now for a serious answer:

The 2011 Australian SUP Surfing Titles will be held between Sun, 21 Aug and Wed, 24 Aug 2011. These will be hosted by Surfing NSW and it will be a mobile event based in the Port Macquarie area. The SUP Titles will be run after the Australian Longboard Titles and before the Australian Surf Masters as part of the Australian Surf Festival.

I don't know anything about the 2011 Nationals and don't care, don't have any ideas about comps and have no interest. I just try to help fellow Breezers out.

Have you ever seen the movie North Shore?

I'm sort of like Chandler - an angry soul surfer.

I reckon if you were in North Shore - you would be Turtle - that annoying guy who sands boards all days breathing the dust and fumes - who has nothing to say.

Is the fact that you can't surf the reason that you are not interested in the nationals?

Im new to sup comps my first will be at Noosa in a couple of weeks ,As i live in Scotts Head just down the road to Port Mac ,how do you Qualify for the Aussi champs ?

If you have any powers in the selection of beaches for the comp put Scotts Head forward great caravan park on the beach and good sup waves
any guidence is appreciated

I think they take 6 cause NSW is the host state. 5 of the 8 semi finalists at the nationals were from NSW.

not sure if this a good comp board for Noosa so will take a a 9ft 2 as well

when you get to Scotts if the waves are no good in front of the surf club try the 4wd track which has had some good banks latley.

Im new to the comp scene, been SUPin for a while tho.

SUP in SA is a new thing and is comps.
I'll be heading over not only to compete but to help broaden and make SA sup a better allround sport.

Iam not sure what Olivers go is, maybe its been flat at his beach.
Hopefully he wont be at the comp, because if he is an example of East coast SUPers i dunno if im keen to go.
