My wife has been on the hunt for a new board after selling my whopper :(

and in the past 2 weeks, always in poor messy conditions because this is queensland in summer right now :)

she has been in the sport 7 months and wanted a smaller board that had a looser feel that she can grow into..

we have tried:

the star board hero
the star board 10' 5 widepoint
the element ( flat water only )
simon anderson 10 x 32
the coreban fusion 9
coreban icon 10
aaand the coreban performer 9'6

and the winner i am glad to say was the coreban performer for all round top stuff...surfs, stable, light to carry, surfs, etc etc

gotta say thanks to jonno at sunshine coast kite surfing and sup fun.....he supplied EVERY board for demoing no dramas at all......bar the fusion ( thanks to jodie and woogie marsh from coreban for that )

top marks for service thanks heaps guys.

just thought this post was a good comparison for people looking and also great to see top service in the industry we love.

now what for me :) ?

That's great to hear! She will love it, it surfs really well especially with a smaller tail fin

6 months time She will be going for the fusion!
