Some clips of Noah riding the PSH Kids Ripper. Tide was changing the waves had a bump to them and some flatness but for a kid fun.

Noah rips,

From the first time I saw him on the PSH gun it was nothing pure style.

Magic on the backhand.

Awesome stuff Byron.

Mate absolutely ripping....and killing it on his backhand. Noah just looks so comfortable on the board with a effortless style and great timing.

Great Video Byron , your kid rips

Thanks for the kind comments. This is on the west or Lahaina side.

As far as the grown here sticker it was on the board when he got it and he left it on. Plus if you knew how many times he has been hassled by donkeys just as he rolls up to the beach without them seeing his ettiquette in the water you would be shocked. The unfortunate truth is he has had go through alot just to chase his passion. Hell even I was kicked off a forum because I was told where we need to go and not go with the SUP. As far as I see it and my son see's it is that SUPing is just another form of playing in the ocean and God owns the ocean. Thus sometimes the sticker helps some donkeys understand he may have Big Uncles and cousins on the beach....jk...Just joking about the uncle thing.

Sorry for the rant about the sticker thing....

Aloha

Yeah i understand it must be a nightmare being a little blonde kid growing up there i've spent heaps of time in Hawai'i ,seen it and been on the receiving end of it, even when i've sat and waited my turn,i just thought it was a funny sticker for a blonde kid to have.No offence intended..
Lacey Some of the old Hawaiians belief is that there descendant's from the sacred taro plant that is how the We grew here you[haole white people] flew here sticker came about..

Towny no offense taken...Even though Noah has 4 family generations here and hawaiian cousins, auntys and uncles he still get hassled because of his blonde hair....hahaha... The hassling is mostly because he SUP's but that is part of the game.

Lacey's report card reads something like this, you need to focus more in class and stop day dreaming

Cool sticker btw and as the others have said, ripping little kidMy son and I have been chased off a break in HI by two family's and the fathers or uncles where rather large,my son wanted to agree the point until I told him to let it go,we stood no chance.

Hey Byron,

approx how much does Noah weigh?

I believe the boards are only about 67L

I see its set up as a quad does he ride it as a thruster too?

Its a shame they dont stock them here but there isnt really a demand looks like a smoking board!

More Vid please

135 lbs is his weight..Rides all his boards as quads unless he loses a fin. Quad generates good speed and turns on a dime. The hulls he has are better but for summer in the small stuff works great. Plus I can throw it in the back of my Titan in the camper...haha
Were saving the good clips for end of summer stuff. Will post other stuff as we go.

WOW you know over 20 years ago I was seriously sailboarding and coming in one day I watched a kid throw a forward and thought im never going to be that good (and actually I was completely correct). Watching that I dread to think how good he will actually be when he grows up.

As to the small boards my son is on a fish style short board that I will be riding this summer, I am pretty sure I will be happy just to be able to paddle it lol. I am lucky enough to be watching a young guy down here just improve daily when he is sailing (he already has won a world title, been runner up in both the world under 16s and the australian wavesailing titles) and seeing this video tells me that each of these sports are in great hands in the future.
