Hasting's st Noosa in Sept you will need to check your dates and see if your in high / mid or low season as this changes the rate$ around $ept School hols.
French Quarter 64 Hastings st is a great location walking distance to restaurants and National Park ,very close to first point if you are taking boards with you as car parking can be a nightmare during busy holiday season . Sept water temp is a warm 20deg.
