Looks great Marcus - would love to but stuck at work. We were out this morning on the river and we were getting runners then.

Have fun, I'm sure you'll get a couple of starters.

I actually went down to do one and organised a lift ... but on my own, relatively new to DW and big swell made me feel like I was about to kill myself in the attempt to get out and get back in. Didn't go and was pretty bummed.

In short, keen to do others, can be relatively flexible, could use some company and some advice on safe entry/exit points etc.

Sorry I missed the post. Will look out for future ones.

I'm glad you didn't go on your own. Downwinding is definately a team sport, Marcus has done heaps of downwinders and when he found out he couldn't get a partner for today he elected to go wind surfing instead.
Always go out with a partner and if you do stay close together.
