Bubbling Grip.

Any ideas? My deck grip has some rather large "boils" that I would like to get rid of if possible?

cheers in advance

Use a pin, Pop the pin into the grip and if the grip will not stick you can use a saringe to inject glue

All above is great advice, you can also lance the boil and try to gently heat and reactivate the glue with a hair dryer.

Did you regrip or did the board come that way?

Prick it with a pin and try and squeeze all the pus out.. .. Just kidding but there's no easy fix.

I'd get a blade and cut a big cross.. Peal back the four pieces are far as you can.. Coat board and grip with contact cement.. Wait for it to dry and then carefully push it back into place.

That's how I'd do it.
