Thanks for that. Very theraputic. Gotta get into this down winder cruising stuff. After doing battle with the masses in the surf again today I reckon it might be time to try some of the other stand up disciplines. Hate putting my war face on every time I get wet. Reckon you guys might have it sussed!!!
Cheers

i enjoyed that. i had my 16' er out for a few in the creek mouth. with all the focus on 12'6's these days, you can beat a longer board for pickup and glide

Nice video DJ! It was a great paddle. The 3 x 17's look fantastic too.

Thanks.. btw.. You really shouldn't call your wife a mule..

That really wasn't a down-winder because there was no wind.. or runners (waves) .. It was more just a flat water paddle.. with a very gentle breeze..

Great vid, DJ, one of your best. Still bleeding about missing out. Hang on a minute... Simondo said something about keeping the Bells paddle exclusively Naish 17'. You guys didn't swing by Ocean Grove and deflate my tyres by any chance?

Crikey DJ, you paddled it in just over six minutes from car park to car park. very impressive.

Ha.. .. and thanks for the thumbs up at the start of that vid.. I wish we had of got there earlier to join you guys.

btw.. were there any bad comments from the local surfers about us taking our big boards down onto sacred ground and even catching a few?

I'm looking forward to joining you for another run when the new NSP (12' and 14') flat water boards come in..
