Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me, help a mate.

I'm trying to help out a mate who wants to get into Supping through the 2nd hand market, but it's proving difficult....

He's 6'3", about 100 kegs and wants to be able to Windsurf it too.

I've been looking out for him for 3 months, combing the buy and sell, for something between 9'6" and 10' x minimum 33" wide, that has a windsurfing attachment.
- a SB Whopper, or the equivalent in Fanatic Allwave or JP Widebody, would be perfect.

(he's paddled a few other boards including my 9'2" Allwave and 32" wide would be borderline too narrow )

I know there will be suppers out there who may have started with such a board, progressed past it and are now either on, or looking to buy something smaller, but either haven't thought about or got around to selling the big one yet.

...well here's your chance if it's gathering dust!

Send me a PM, especially if your in Victoria.

cheers,
-Bondy

I have an old unused 9.6 allwave in my garage, small ding that would need to be repaired before you could paddle it.

The Naish 10'10" Nalu would be good.. It would suit a bigger guy.. and has a windsurf option..

I'm 106kgs and I am riding a Jimmy Lewis 10'3" x 35". It's wide enough for my weight, stable and easy to paddle

Refer to this recent post:
www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Stand-Up-Paddle/Review/Starboard-Avanti-vs-Fusion/
The fusion range has a windsurfing mast attachment and the board paddles quite well, not like some of the bigger SUPS that feel like you are paddling a fridge door.

Thanks for the responses.
DJ, the 10'10" Nalu is too long. He wants to stay 10' or under for transport and storage reasons, which restricts his options a bit.

It seems like there aren't that many out there atm.
Correct me if I'm wrong but of recent Starboards I think only the Silver models had the windsurfing option.
Otherwise this one would suit..

Am I correct?
