Hey STC. As Steely Dan famously wrote "Ricky Don't lose that Number' I feel you and your videos have forgotten us. I just watched 6 guys getting relentlessly pitted in New York, New York. When are we going to see the videos of you and your friends. I'm giving you 24 hours to thaw out then I'm going to ask Bert Berger to put an injunction on your endless supply of Sunovas until we at least see the swell!! You don't have to actually be out there but I've got this suspicion that you might be. Your skill set and fitness would certainly allow it!!! Please Mr Creek. It looks insane.

Finland????

It was insane..... everywhere that I wasn't

Cape Cod was a huge mess... sideshore winds.

I had my van loaded up with Sunova's and camera's.... road trip!

The options are 6 hours apart..... I made ALL the wrong choices

All dressed up and no place to go....

My apologies STC, thanks for pix of the swell, it looks like a huge washing machine. Nice Spartan set up for the equipment BTW. I actually know the feeling of making bad decisions as far as choosing surfing locales. My American geography is obviously "up the Creek" (an Australian saying for misguided). I thought that you may have been able to go for a surf and then catch a Broadway play!! It doesn't look that far on a map! I hope you pick up something for us to ogle over when the wind swings!!!! As far as Finland is concerned, I've reduced to a one board quiver but now play with a large number of fins, ergo Finland, part of the absurdist sense of humor I have developed from observing constantly absurd behavior by our absurd species. (some guys have Mozambique, Austria etc. ) Now get your heated wetsuit on and go for it. I reckon in the future you should think about a mission to Iceland. Icelandic surf tours advertise on the internet.

That is so cool. Now we'll need photos of the van when it's finished. I've got a name for it though, 'The Sunova Gun Van' I hope you're getting waves now. The vids of New York and New Jersey have been on a site called Swellnet if you want to see what you missed out on.
Cheers Leroy
