I know the guys from Victoria and possibly NSW are going to tell me to harden up, but I'm getting over the cold early morning sessions. I couldn't feel my toes in the 4 degrees lurking around this morning. I live in Queensland damit! It should be warm.

it's only 3 or 4 degress colder down here, I agree "bring back summer". Hope it warms up by middle of august for my defrosting holiday in noosa

I agree, I'm over winter and not just because of the cold but because I can't surf before and after work. It might be cold early but at least the waters warm

no way last summer in qld was rain rain .... dirty water.... rain rain.... dirty water

winter rocks clear skies clear water and less people in it :)

Just back from the sth coast NSW - had 8 days straight of 2-3 X time overhead surf - best autumn/winter in a long time, so no SUMMER SUCKS

Hi Ali Cat rub it in it was freezing at the beach today and it rained at Burleigh. I'm back in Fiji next week looking forward to wearing just boardshirts and drinking Fiji Bitter to cool me down in that hot sun.

Looking to maybe take a trip to Namotu , could you recommend the best way to go about it from Goldie/Bris as regards to bookings and who to fly with regarding price/Boards, Id imagine it would be going off its tits at the moment, Cheers

I don't know how you do it goatman. I left Sydney when I was 12 spent the first 2 winters on the Goldie swimming and surfing in boardies then the boady started to climatise. I reckon without checking the temp of summer Sydney water its about as warm as our winter water up here.

By the way, will we get to see some photo's from your south coast adventure?
