Great to see they can set the pressure in the Uli so it flooooows over the rapids.

On the subject of headgear, I had an epic weekend of SUP in the surf. It was a tad chilly on Saturday and Sunday. On a standard surboard you duck dive under waves. On a SUP on a small beach break I tend to lay across the board and take the occasional bit of white water to the side of the head. It gets a bit cold getting bashed in the ear with cold Bass Strait waves. After a 3 hour session I had a feed and put on a rubber hat and was snug as the proverbial bug.

This morning was perfect sunshine and 3 foot glass. No need of a hat today.

Hey Greg, were you down at Crunchies on Saturday arvo? I saw another guy with a standup there wearing a hood getting some really nice rides. There was a guy on the beach wanting him to come into shore so he could have a go.

I had such a good time for the short time I was there on Saturday that I went back for more on Sunday.

The board at the 1:40 mark is a C4 ULI the rest of them are probably JL's like the photo DJ posted.

Waratah Bay. Friday was wind-blown yuk. Saturday and Sunday were reasonably good. A bit of a cross wind but not too bad. Monday morning was absolute perfection.

Hey Tha Dogman hows the "billy tea" going were you able to get out in that last swell ? I mean "out" in the surf not "out of it" !!
