Just got this - great pic! The scale of it is amazing!

Is that skid mark over the top corner of NSW over you Dogman?

after 2 solid dust storms we are getting smashed up with smoke from a few bush fires that are circling minnie water to boot for the last 4 days

thank god for the north east seabreeze today to give us some fresh air and blue skies

that is one gigantic skid mark AA

Looked pretty hectic from pictures I saw. Apparently it was the worst dust storm in 80 years at least here in QLD. Of course it was in the one week I was away from Australia in Japan. Crazy timing.

Im actually pretty luck though i guess cause if I was flying on one of the days apparently planes were ground and couldn't land.

I read, they closed Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast airports.I wonder where the inbound international flights were diverted to? Probably not the best start to your holiday.
