Gday,
I had the fogging GOPRO issues last summer so I talked to Simon Dodds of newcastlesup.com he suggested that I load the camera into the housing whilst sitting in the car with the aircon on high.It cools the air inside the housing and stops the fogging issues. It has worked for me up here on the Mid North Coast NSW,

Hey Robbo,

In Vicco with 4 deg mornings it appears to be a lost cause until summer.

I have tried several solutions even crushed desicant with no luck.

Any other ideas???

blast the aircon into the housing (hold it next to the blaster) for about 2 minutes - and then seal it up.

The aircon dred air has no moisture in it - hence no fogging!!

this works for my sony vid cam and housing

Scott No Fog cloth will cure it. The tip came from Blane Chambers. It worked for me.

I was told about a spray? I guess this is the same as a cloth or anti fog cloth.

Not sure what you mean there.

Gortex Vent
Drill a 5mm hole in the back of the case and glue a 10mm circle of Gortex fabric over the hole. Gortex can be cut from gloves, ski jacket etc. Works well but of course up to you how well you glue the fabric on and if you take the risk.

Gortex let's air in and out but not water.
