Whats this stuck in my board?
If your glassing EPS during aproaching bad weather like in Vico at the moment, (rapid drop in barometric pressure) or a fast rise in temp. Even though the EPS has been sealed, air in between the beads will try & escape anywere it can, or "out gas" causing large blisters under the glass. An old horse needle has been inserted as a vent, or you can be crude & just poke a hole in the glass with a 2 inch nail & fill it latter.
The area with the needle was blowing a blister 6" diameter 1/2 high......If I went for a surf without noticing what was going on it may have been hard when I returned

Another trick if you havent kept an eye on the glass job. You can re liquify epoxy some time after it has gone off by heating the blister with a hot air gun, & pushing it down.
