Settle down Rocky, these are found paddles.
It is starting to look like all the lost paddles have congregated in one place and are starting to find there way back out. They may even be reuntied with their rightful owners.
To me it seems a little like X-Files the truth about these lost, misplaced and missing paddles is "out there".
