With a very good selection of pre loved equipment in the Buy and Sell, what is the most cost effective freight state to state. Most times you are dealing with a private seller so in some cases the board has to be packed(if the seller is unwilling or unable to do it). Some companies will not accept really long boards eg a 14' glide.Example a nationwide packing and freighting company quoted $400 to package a 10' board and freight from NSW to Sth Aust.Is this around the mark?Advice and input appreciated.

I have mentioned these guys before. I used them to freight a surfboard from Sydney to Adelaide pretty cheap. You do most the work and save. Check em out. (I have no affiliations)
