Had a great session this morning with robdog, i reckon i caught about 50 waves, started out windy and inconsistent then the wind backed off a bit and the swell jacked a bit. Really trying to pump and weave on the big kalama to generate as much speed as possible and managed some great turns on the big girl, for a huge board im trying as much as possible to surf it like a small board and have been really stoked how fast i can get it going
managed a couple of late saves on the take off on late drops with the board nose diving quite deep then stepping back on the tail and making the late drop
I got quite a few 250m long waves making it around closeout sections my short board wouldnt have a hope , get the 9 6 " next weekend hope it lives up to all the hype
