Well with winter approaching the major incentive on these cold nights is to get moving quickly to stay warm.

Kristi and Simondo did some sprints tonight and whilst I was watching I took a few shots as the light faded.

Its amazing how light changes in 5 mins.

Wow, gold to blue in a few moments !! But I was focused on the pylon !!

Note: I said to Phil & Kristi, "how about one last race out to the pylon?"
Phil says, "OK, lets do a pylons race"
I say, "nah, singular, just 1 pylon, the other pylon is too far away !!"

Hey Simondo,

Your a good sport and you skip pretty well too

Kristi says you have to sharpen up your turn round the the pylon sounded like she snaked you.

I had to laugh when Kristi jumped of the board and it was way too deep and went up to her chest when she thought it was only 1ft deep

Thanks so much for coming down it was a great help!

I was well and truly beaten on the turn. I went in first, came out last !!

Well done Kristi !

Thanks Hilly,

Its hard to get motivated when its raining and cold and your standing on the side lines.

But there is always an upside! you just have to find it.

Phill.

Have to agree on the 5 mins Phil.

We were doing a photo shoot on Sunday with a young australian male singer, the last few minutes of good natural light were certainly pretty frantic.
